I never quite know how to draw albums in which the action takes place in a fictional hotel on the moon. So when drawing Arctic Monkey's wonderful (especially the first half) brilliant, martini-soaked, greasy-futuristic album, I turned to something based on my environment.
At the time, just being in a hotel was enough to make the connection between the music card and the actual album. My family and I were on a brief holiday in Venice, staying at a hotel that had a giant keychain attached to its room keys.
